    During the Budgeting Workshop you will get the chance to create a budget relevant to you, using your own data. This workshop is intended to be hands on – creating a budget that you will be able to use as a starting point for your actual work situation. You will be required to bring your own laptop with excel installed – you will leave with many new tips and tricks for using Excel in your work!

    The Wise Indigenous Human Resources Practices & Ways Training Program (WIHR) is a two-day training program designed to provide participants with a solid foundation of Human Resources Practices and Ways with an intentional Indigenous focus. This training program incorporates Indigenous perspectives and values while covering essential topics such as workforce planning and organizational growth, recruitment, selection, and hiring, onboarding and orientation, recognition, appreciation, and performance management.
